Scriptural Foundations for Management

Management--when seeking to guide and serve others--is an honorable endeavor for a committed Christian. In relationships with subordinates, superiors, and people outside the organization, a Christian manager serves God by serving others, making choices consistent with God's principles and implementing standards of good practice. Doing so requires a thorough grounding in God's Word as well as an understanding of modern tools and theory. Management can positively impact an organization and society when God's Word guides the practice.
