FDA-approved Insect Shield treatment is a semi-permanent permethrin treatment which is applied to the finished product to help repel flies, chiggers, midges, ants, mosquitos, ticks and fleas. Insect Shield is safe against the skin and remains effective through up to 70 wash cycles. This Liner is a lightweight and compact part of your sleep system with bug protection that washes easily at the end of your adventures.
