- The Sea Frogs Flash Trigger SR-009 is a unit designed for underwater photography that enables the use of fiber optic cables to trigger external strobes. It offers reliable and rapid-fire flash triggering over fiber, providing a robust solution for capturing fast-moving action.
- By plugging into the camera's hotshoe, this flash trigger generates an optical signal for continuous strobe firing. However, it does not support automatic TTL flash control, so the flash power needs to be manually set on the strobe itself.
- Flash Return Time: The flash trigger has a quick flash return time of 0.5 seconds, With this flash trigger, you can shoot as fast as your external strobes can handle
- The use of fiber optic cables in optical systems makes them highly reliable compared to electrical sync cable systems. There are no connections that can flood or fragile wires that can break, and the most popular underwater strobes support optical triggering, ensuring compatibility and ease of use.
- Work Time: With a full power battery, it can work continuously for approximately 3 hours, The flash trigger supports up to 600 flashes
