Cut on outdoor rated vinyl and should last up to 5 years in an outdoor environment. It's ready to apply with the provided transfer tape to windows or other smooth surfaces. You can apply this decal to a textured surface such as a tablet (iPad, Galaxy Tab) case/cover BUT care must be taken to properly clean the surface and rub the sticker well. Thin details may peel up more easily than the main body.
