It saves you time and money and is an easy gift for a baker. * Pistachio Extract: OliveNation's pistachio extract is all natural and excellent in ice cream, baked goods and beverages. Substitute this extract in place of pure vanilla extract in your cake and cookie recipes. You'll love the sweet and nutty note. It is also delicious in coffee, whipped cream toppings and chocolate syrup and icing. This product is sugar and gluten-free. Ingredients: Propylene glycol, alcohol, water and natural flavor. * Almond Extract: Our clear, natural Pure Almond Extract has a strong, fragrant almond flavor. It's made from pure almond oil and contains no chemicals. Use it to flavor cookies (essential for Amaretti Orestano), pies, muffins and cakes. You can also use ½ tsp. of our Pure Almond Extract to replace 1 tbsp. of almond liqueur in your recipes. * Hazelnut Extract: This Hazelnut Extract can be used in cakes, cookies, frosting and ice cream. Our extract can be added directly to brewed coffee or sprayed on the beans prior to grinding. When applied to the whole beans, we recommend using it at a level of approximately 3.00% by weight. In brewed coffee, 1/2 teaspoon is more than enough to flavor 10 - 12 cups. Try adding 1 teaspoon of this extract to your favorite yellow cake mix. Blend the ingredients and bake per the cake's directions to make a delicious hazelnut cake. Our flavor is wonderful in ice cream. Three ounces are sufficient to flavor five gallons. * Black walnut Extract: Black walnuts have an intense walnut flavor and our Pure Black Walnut Extract brings the best of the flavor of that nut. Use this extract in cookies, cakes, frostings and anywhere you would like the flavor of the black walnut to shine.
