The ShoreTel 230G is a 3 line phone designed for use with ShoreTel Unified Communications (UC) platforms. The ShoreTel IP230G offers an improvement over the traditional ShoreTel 230 by including a Gigabit Ethernet switch in the bottom of the phone. The ShoreTel 230G is a standard deskphone designed for the majority of users in a business. With a large display, the ShoreTel IP 230G uses its four soft keys to display a variety of menu options through the display.
