Cold Application
1. Store the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Leave it in the freezer for grab-and-go use.
2. Insert the gel pack to the therapy wrap pouch to insulate the coldness and apply it to the needed areas.3. Not recommend to use on skin directly for over-cold temperature. 2 hours interval for next cold therapy.
Hot Application
Heat in Water
1. Put water into a spot and bring to the boil.
2. Remove water from the heating source.
3. Immerse the gel pack in the water for about 8 minutes without cloth cover( up to 54℃.
4. Remove the gel pack from water, wipe it off and insert it to the pouch.
Microwave Heating Method
(* As microwaves vary in power, you need to find your correct heating time carefully.)
1. Distribute the gel evenly by smoothing the gel pack ,then put it in your microwave.
2. If the gel pack is at room temperature, heat it for 60s(Heating time 1), remove and knead the gel pack for balance temperature.(about 34℃)
3. Smooth and fold the gel pack before returning it. Heat it 30s(Heating time 2) and check the temperature. (about 45℃)
4.Put the gel pack into pouch and apply it to the required areas.
