- Includes 4 self-tensioning retractors, license plate holder, built-in manual back-up hand crank, and wiring harness

Silver Spring universal electric powerchair and scooter lift carrier safely transports a mobility aid weighing up to 350 lbs with the vehicle hitch receiver. The electric mobility carrier features an automatic folding mechanism, self-tension retractors, manual crank backup, license plate holder, and includes a hitch adapter for use with Class II, III or IV receivers. Simply drive the powerchair or scooter onto the platform, secure it in place with the self-tension retractors, turn the key and then hold the switch up to raise the platform and scooter into position. Designed for universal use with scooter wheelbases measuring up to 42" x 27" only. Made in the USA.
