The first quarter of the book talks a lot about "how you can do this if you put forth what is listed here". At one point I said to myself "ok already, give me the details!"

Like most people I've been through a handful of agent purchases and sales. However reviewing the processes in relation to FSBO was a plus. But it could use details on form contents - especially the Purchase and Sale agreement. More on wording for offers and counter offers too.

Then I saw the link to the authors web site throughout the book. I thought there would be the info I was looking for. But it turned out to be a web site to sell you marketing tools for the FSBO seller. Sigh.

All in all I would say it was worth the $5 for the kindle version. It was a motivating read. And also a good review. But not much more than that. I suppose you get what you pay for. (Just like in real estate).
