Appearance: White powdery solid, with alkaline and slightly bitter taste, can absorb CO2 from the air and transform into calcium carbonate.
Slaked Lime is often used as an acidity regulator (PH regulator), moderator, neutralizer, and curing agent; it can be used as a coagulant for making konjac food.
Slaked Lime is widely used in food processing and can be used for pickling to obtain a unique flavor.
Slaked Lime can also regulate the acidity and alkalinity of water, improve water quality, and benefit the growth and development of fish.
