Why We Design Neck Pillow for Driver's Seat and Passenger Seat Separately?
Extended riding in a vehicle as a driver or passenger can be discomforting and painful, because that means hour after hour of holding up your head which can cause neck pain, muscle fatigue and bad posture. In this case a car neck pillow is a great and easy solution. But there is no one-size-fits-all car neck pillow, especially when there is difference in design between the headrest of driver's seat and passenger seats. The headrest of driver's seat or front seat usually tilts forward to keep drivers in the most alert driving posture while the rear passenger seats have to extend higher and fit closer to the backs of people's heads. For that reason, our have car pillows for drivers and passengers that are designed with different thickness of the rear portion.

2 Due to the manufacturing processes of the memory foam, you might notice a smell upon arrival of your car neck pillow. Rest assured that it is harmless and will dissipate within 1-2 days.
3 Since the memory foam is temperature-sensitive, it is normal that when it's cold the foam will be fimer and with heat it becomes softer and more flexible.
4 Do not expose the memory foam core to the sunlight directly. Please keep it dry and ventilate it regularly for prolonged use.
5 A small amount of bubbles on the foam surface is a normal phenomenon.
6 Do not wash the memory foam core.
7 The outer cover can be hand washed at a max temperature of 104°F/40°C. Dry it after washing.
