SMALLRIG Camera Mounting Plate, Tripod Mounting Plate 2 with 2pcs 15mm Railblock

This is Tripod Mounting Plate for Rod support, it have both 1/4" and 3/8" threaded holes for standard tripods. Simple, strong and inexpensive, made of solid aluminum, hard anodized in matte black finish. Includes rod clamp,fit standard 15mm rods supports, 60mm apart centre to centre. Designed for long length, front heavy, camera packages.

How to use:
This mounting plate attaches to the 15mm lightweight rods from your camera's baseplate.
It will attach to the tripod plate by utilizing a 3/8 -16" and 1/4"- 20 screw.
It should be placed in front of your camera baseplate when the center of gravity is under the lens from adding weight to the front of the camera with accessories like a depth of field adapter, follow focus, matte box, etc. The adjustability makes it possible to balance a front heavy camera on your tripod properly.

Note:Note: Since the mouting holes don't line up, please DO NOT attach it to the bottom of a quick cage, versaframe cage or a Sony A7/A7II cage.
