This cookbook is for everyone. It is informative and educational at the same time. Eating low SmartPoints foods daily while engaging in exercise and social activities helps create a healthy weight loss regimen and a better quality of life.I'm going to try this book and I know this book is worth a try.

Thomas Fitzpatrick explains us the types and benefits of healthy fats and how we can use them to improve our everyday life. There are several delightful recipes in the last chapter and I found Olive Oil Mayonnaise, Olive and Spinach Scrambled Eggs, Lentil and Tomato Soup very tempting. I greatly recommend this book.
I love this great book on fatty foods. This is the first book I have come across on fatty foods and still lose weight and remain very healthy. This book gives great recipes that I really love and I have already tried some recipes and they are really yummy. Every kitchen should have this cook book and they will really enjoy. Procedures are well given and are easy to understand and follow. A great cook book.
