I love this great book on fatty foods. This is the first book I have come across on fatty foods and still lose weight and remain very healthy. This book gives great recipes that I really love and I have already tried some recipes and they are really yummy. Every kitchen should have this cook book and they will really enjoy. Procedures are well given and are easy to understand and follow. A great cook book.
