Sonia's Vagi-Steam Herbal Blend
- Oregano is used for treating menstrual cramps and urinary tract infections. Calendula is used to prevent muscle spasms and for treating menstrual cramps.
- Red clover is used for symptoms of menopause; for breast pain or tenderness and for premenstrual syndrome. Mugwort has antibacterial and anti-fungal properties and is used for menopausal and menstrual symptoms.
- Burdock Root increases urine flow, kills germs, reduces fever and is also used to treat bladder infections. Some people also use burdock to increase sex drive. Plantain leaves are used for various infectious ailments.
- Sage is used to relieve bloating, painful menstrual periods, and to reduce hot flashes during menopause. Chamomile is used for stomach ailments and hemorrhoids.
- Thyme is used for upset stomach, gastritis, diarrhea, and infections. Wormwood is also used to increase sexual desire. Motherwort is used for the absence of menstrual periods.
