- Note 1: Plug the USB receiver into your computer before testing, otherwise the keyboard backlit will shut off rapidly (about 1~2 seconds) when turned on without sensing a connection signal. This will make it impossible to test the backlight function. This is a routine setting, not a product defect issue.
- Note 2: If the keyboard fails to function or connect after receipt, please attempt to re-pairing it: Turn on the keyboard power button, press and hold the “Esc + =” key combination for 5 seconds, then release.
