Fast Pack liquid concentrate electrolyte replacement beverage mix is a single-serving packet of non-carbonated liquid concentrate that mixes with 6 oz. of water (not included) to make a lemonade-flavored electrolyte beverage to aid with hydration and recovery after exercise, illness, or exposure to extreme heat. The packet can be used as a drinking cup for portability. The concentrate contains no fruit juice and mixes with water without stirring. Each packet measures 6 x 4 inches (H x W).
