You might be asking yourself if they will still be using parking permits in the 23rd. century - remember that Jim Kirk had to abandon his motorcycle when he joined Star Fleet. How to apply Cling decals. This decal will adhere to any clean and dry surface. Images are reversed-printed. Peel the paper backing and apply to the inside of your window. Do not block your view. Decals are best applied in temperatures of 65 degrees and over. Decals can be removed and re-applied.
