Minnie, who had been lead vocalist in the '60s band the Rotary Connection, had one of the finest voices in Pop and Soul music and made a huge impact on the music business during her short life. Stay in Love was originally released in 1977. Once again, it featured a fine batch of self-penned tracks from Minnie and her husband. Released two years later, Minnie remains a bittersweet album, having been released the same year Minnie passed away.
