The Steel Dragon Tools 1224 Pipe Threading Machine will thread, cut, and ream various sizes of water, electric, and gas pipes ranging from 1/2-inch to 4-inch NPT and NPSM threads. The Steel Dragon Tools 1224 threads a wide range of pipe including black, galvanized, and plastic-coated pipe, as well as stainless steel, IMC, and heavy-wall conduit. The Steel Dragon Tools 1224 will also thread rod up to 30 Rockwell C.

Specifications:

• The Automatic Geared Self Oiling System will automatically oil dies to extend operating life.
• 1/4-inch to 2-inch Universal Die Head and 2-1/2-inch to 4-inch Receding Die Head will cut tapered or straight NPT and NPSM threads.
• Steel Dragon Tools 711 and Steel Dragon Tools 714 Die Heads are compatible with RIDGID Dies (RIDGID 26192) (RIDGID 47765) (RIDGID 47770)
• The Steel Dragon Tools 1224 has a 1,500-watt, 2 HP induction motor with extra torque to handle large pipes.
• Foot pedal allows operator to easily control the RPMs while safely operating the machine.
• High-torque, 3-speed induction motor goes in Forward and Reverse for easy cleanup of threads and removal of pipe.
