Use and Safety
To use, turn the dial on the mandoline slicer to desired slicing width. Pull the knob on the food holder upward to expose prongs. Attach food to prongs. To slice food, hold on to the mandoline handle with one hand, and the food holder with the other. Slide food slicer holder towards the blade.
