- This simple device creates soothing still points like those you can achieve with Craniosacral Therapy.
- CranioSacral Therapy is a form of body work that is incredibly gentle and helps to relax restrictions that impede the function of the fluids around your brain and spinal cord. The Still Point Inducer produces a pause in the craniosacral rhythm. When the tissues are then released, the fluid begins to flow again to gently flush the system causing the membranes to stretch and release the restrictions.
- The increased blood flow to the brain has an effect on the central nervous system and the entire body, relieving pain, stress, tension, head aches, body aches and improving your immune function. All in just minutes a day!
- So simple to use, just choose a comfortable surface to lie on (floor, bed, couch) While on your back, place the Still Point Inducer under your head and in line with your ears. (see picture) Allow the weight of your head to rest on the Still Points. Relax for 10 or 20 minutes at a time, up to four times a day to feel the full benefits.
Do not use in cases of internal bleeding in the head, acute stroke, acute head trauma or a brain stem tumor.
