Woven Stretchrite Non-Roll Polyester Elastic is thicker compared to other elastic. Can resist rolling or twisting. Perfect for use on heavyweight fabric, including home decorating fabric, car covers, bags and more. Elastic does not narrow when stretched; needle piercing will not weaken it, so it can be used in casing or be stitched directly to fabric. Elastic is composed of 72 percent polyester and 28 percent rubber.
