Part Two of Summer Vacation finds Brit with his mother, who is angry and frustrated about his father being away, playing in the poker tournament. Charlene had patiently waited for her husband to return to their condo so they can go out dancing and drinking. When he finally calls, it is to say he has to go out with the other participants, that it is a requirement. Charlene decides Brit will be her date. They go out to dinner and then to a dance club. Brit meets a girl there and his mother urges him to take the girl home. His mother thinks he will stay the night with his new companion, but he returns to his condo instead.

Brit opens a bottle of his favorite merlot and settles in to watch TV, but the front desk calls and says his father has passed out in the lobby. Brit manages to get him upstairs, but his father passes out again on his sonâ‚¬s bed. Brit decides to go and sleep in his parentâ‚¬s condoâ‚¬Â¦
