- Advanced Cooling & Durability: Every component of the Z8 is engineered for optimal airflow and cooling, featuring an optimized high-velocity pole vent, a cast-aluminum vented frame spacer ring, and a heavily vented magnetic gap. This ensures long-term performance and reliability under real-world abuse.
- Superior Voice Coil & Magnet Structure: This compact powerhouse utilizes a black aluminum 3" 8-layer voice coil combined with a triple-stacked magnet structure. The design, including a large aluminum Faraday (shorting) ring, provides exceptional control, high efficiency, and robust power handling for dynamic bass reproduction.
- Optimized for Ported Enclosures: Designed specifically for high-performance in ported enclosures, the Z8 thrives in a 1.0 cu. ft. net enclosure tuned to 32Hz with a recommended port area of 15 sq.in.. Its compact dimensions, including a Depth of 9.5" and Outside Diameter of 10", ensure easy integration.
