I felt very motivated after reading this book. I liked how the book provides good information on what the "superfoods" are and the nutrient value and benefits they have. I liked the Egg muffin recipe for breakfast and the Zucchini Pancakes were great. The Stuffed Peppers with Beans was also a nice twist on the “traditional recipe”. It was also nice to have pictures included. Good book.
It took me about 4 hours just to finish this book. But my time is worth it. The book is SUPER good, SUPER helpful, SUPER useful and SUPER food recipes are the best. I have here my favorite recipes that available in this book but designed for super food style to lose weight. Just like cucumber wherein at home I just eat it by dipping to vinegar but in this book I find it very exciting to try the Greek cucumber salad. Another thing, I also like the smoothie mixes, brown rice recipes, breakfast recipes, main dish and more. My all time favorite is the oatmeal yogurt breakfast and the cocoa oatmeal. Even if it is not breakfast time I still make and eat my 2 favorite breakfast recipes. I will surely visit the blog of Don Orwell for more learning about super food.
It is a weight loss book for the most part, that doesn't mention a lot of Superfoods. It mainly focuses on everyday foods. But, there is a lot of good information.
