- Shrink bands provide a professional look to your products while simultaneously offering a tamper evident safety seal. Not only is a tamper evident seal required in most cases, but it also gives your customers confidence that your product is safe for use.
- Layflat dimensions: 55 mm Width x 85 mm Height (2.165" x 3.35"). Note: Layflat width is not the same as bottle width. Please see guide in images for more clarification.
- Works best for lids with a diameter (Measurement across the center of the lid) between 1" - 1 1/4" [26mm - 31mm] and height around 3.3" [85mm]
- 2 Mil Perforated Clear PVC Plastic
- Examples of products this works best with: 1 oz glass boston rounds, 2 oz cosmo rounds, beverage bottles, and various other types of containers. As there are many different types and sizes of containers, it is best to measure your specific diameter and height to ensure you purchase the correct size!
What you are purchasing here are 55 by 85mm tamper seal shrink bands. - 55 mm x 85 mm - Perforated - Made in USA - PVC Plastic - 2 Mil Thickness - Clear - Recommended for bottles with a diameter of 28-33mm and a total height (including lid) of 80-90mm. Directions: Place shrink band around the lid of the bottle that you will be shrinking it to. Apply heat with the use of a heat gun or heat tunnel. I don't recommend using a blow dryer; it's possible but not worth it unless you're only doing a small quantity of bottles. The shrink bands are easy to heat and durable.
