• LARGE CAPACITY 250cc TUBE: Contains 8.45 fl oz (250 cm³) of Swagelok SWAK. This "Shop Size" tube provides 5X the volume of standard 50cc tubes, ideal for heavy maintenance schedules or large diameter (1" to 2") pipe fitting assembly.
• VIBRATION PROOF SEAL: Anaerobic resin cures to a solid, tough bond when confined between metal threads. Acts as a liquid lock-washer to prevent fittings from backing off due to pump vibration or thermal expansion.
• LUBRICATES & SEALS: PTFE-filled paste lubricates threads during assembly to prevent stainless steel galling, then cures to seal hydraulic and pneumatic pressures up to 10,000 psig (689 bar).
• TEMPERATURE RANGE: Rated for continuous service from -65°F to 350°F (-53°C to 176°C). The cured seal resists hydraulic fluids, natural gas, water, and most industrial solvents.
• SHELF LIFE: Features a 5-year shelf life when stored at 45–85°F (8–29°C). (Note: Requires 24-hour cure time at room temperature for full pressure rating).
