Piquillo peppers are a prized variety of sweet red pepper from Spain’s Navarre region. Hand-harvested each September at peak ripeness, they are carefully roasted, peeled, and packed for use in classic tapas—often stuffed with meat, seafood, or cheese.
Dantza piquillos are prepared following traditional methods: the peppers are picked by hand to prevent damage, oven-roasted, peeled, and packed individually with a touch of citric acid to preserve their natural flavor.
