Description

  • This heat-treated steel combines high tensile strength with high shear strength; when used in load-bearing components such as lift car rails and heavy machinery bases, it will not bend or fracture under stress.
  • The bolt head is a flat countersunk design; once installed, the head sits flush with the surface of the base material, leaving no protrusions. This is both aesthetically pleasing and prevents injury to personnel or damage to equipment, making it suitable for applications requiring a smooth surface, such as lift guide rails and flooring.
  • The shank features a square anti-rotation design. During installation, the square shank engages with pre-drilled square holes or timber, ensuring the bolt body does not rotate with the nut when tightening or loosening it, allowing a single person to complete the fastening.
  • The surface undergoes hot-dip galvanising, with the zinc layer metallurgically bonded to the steel substrate. Even with long-term use in damp environments such as basements, bathrooms and outdoor platforms, it is resistant to red rust or flaking.
  • The thread specification is 1/4-20, making it fully compatible with standard nuts and washers for easy replacement; it can also be used directly with the matching nuts included in the set
