- [6mm Feed Pellet Mill Machine] The feed pellet mill machine is an equipment for compressing raw materials into pellets. This machine is equipped with a 6mm diameter grinding disk, which is suitable for producing feed for large livestock such as cows. We also have different sizes of discs, such as 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm. Please note that this machine is only compatible with 210 model die plates.
- [2 Head Steel Roller] The feed pelletizer is equipped with 2 pieces of compressing rollers. The compressing rollers and grinding disks are quenched to make them harder and more durable. The raw material is extruded into pellets by the rotating grinding disks and pressing rollers.
- [Good Pellet Molding] Pellets is regular in shape and uniform in size, which livestock love to eat. The size and shape of the pellets can be controlled by adjusting the position of the rollers and the size of the grinding disk.
- [Electric Control Box] Feed pellet making machine is equipped with 7.5KW copper core motor. The production capacity is up to 551LBS/H (250KG/H). The voltage display meter provides clear voltage readings, making it easy for user to verify the correct voltage. Please note that no plug is included, and it’s recommended to connect it to your house's circuit breaker box.
- [Note] Before turning on the machine, it is necessary to add less material before turning on the machine. When shutting down, leave a small amount of feed in the machine to prevent the pressroller of the machine from contacting the template from idling. Regular lubrication needed. Use high-grade machine oil through designated port.
