- How It Works: Grommet bushings allow for clean installation, protecting wires, cables, and cords from damage as they pass through walls and other openings.
- Works With: Low-voltage cables, wires, cords, tubing, and other hardware and electrical equipment.
- Indoor and Outdoor Use: These grommets withstand weather and UV so that they securely cover exterior openings and shield cables from the elements.
- Size Specifications: This size fits 1 regular cable or cord and has 2 additional side grooves for micro-wires, including grounding wires. Please note: This design makes an irregular shape–see Installation Guide in images for instructions on how to snugly install into a wall.
- Made to Last: These pass-through, wall plate-style bushings are made from high-impact ABS plastic that holds up to everyday forces and stays in place.
These bushings (also known as Grommets) are used to seal wall openings and protect the cable from sharp edges.
Small But Tough
They are made from high impact ABS plastic and can withstand the forces of installation. It is very common to use these cables along baseboards, walls, and other places - replacing where a wall plate would go. Available in black and white, each grommet (bushing) possesses a single push-through knockout that may be cut out (by simply pushing a rigid wire through) that allow a single coax cable or wire to be ran with the main wire. These are often used for grounding wire on satellite systems, telephone cables on cable systems, and low-voltage power cables for camera (CCTV) systems.
