Description

  • Application: This machine is specifically designed to evaluate the corrosion resistance of electrodeposited coatings on various metallic materials. It operates by spraying sodium chloride solution onto the surface of electric coatings for detection, with mandatory requirements including continuous, non-interrupted testing, pH value testing after solution collection, and daily calibration of sodium chloride concentration to ensure test accuracy. It features a continuous spray mode.
  • Parameters and Titanium Tube Heating: Equipped with a 110V voltage supply and 2000W power, the chamber offers a 270L laboratory volume. Its inner size is 35.4*23.6*15.7in, and outer size is 54.7*28.7*43.3in. It adopts a direct heating method with a corrosion-resistant titanium heating tube, enabling fast heating to reduce standby time. The system automatically switches ON/OFF once the target temperature is reached, ensuring precise temperature control and low power consumption.
  • Test Reliability: The chamber uses corrosion-resistant blunt materials that do not affect corrosion tests. Its fog nozzles are designed to avoid direct spraying of test liquid onto samples, and solution from the top of the spray chamber will not drip onto test pieces. Additionally, test liquid dripping from pieces will not flow back into the salt bucket for reuse, and an air cleaner is required to ensure the solution is free of grease and dust—all optimizing test reliability.
  • Spray Control: It is equipped with special glass nozzles whose spray size is adjustable, and adopts the Bernoulli principle for brine absorption and atomization, which ensures uniform atomization and no crystallization blockage. The spray collection device has an 80 cm² horizontal area. Spray liquid must be collected for at least 16 hours, with tests conducted at least twice a day (7-hour interval between tests) to calculate the final average spray amount.
  • Timing Function and Temperature Control: The machine includes a timing function, allowing automatic ON/OFF settings based on preset time. It maintains stable temperatures for accurate testing: the pressure barrel temperature is kept at 47±1℃, and the brine barrel temperature is controlled at 35±1℃. Other humidity requirements can be adjusted according to agreements between sellers and buyers.
