This is a USB serial and ATMEGA32U4 Development board. However it was designed to work with GIMX software.

GIMX stands for Game Input MultipleXer or Game Input MatriX. The purpose of this free software is to control a video game console with a computer (e.g. a PC or a Raspberry Pi). It works with the PS3, the Xbox 360, the PS4 and the Xbox One.

This board combines the USB to TTL and ATMEGA32u4 onto the single board, you can use the onboard jumpers to quickly convert it from a development board to GIMX board, or from a GIMX board to a development board.
