Each receipt records the date, payee, payor, balance due, reason for transaction and method of payment. You write the cost in numerals and spell it so the amount is never in question. Each book is bound to keep your duplicates in numerical order for a permanent record of transactions, and unique 6-digit receipt numbers help you quickly locate old orders. The overall book size is 2-3/4" x 5-3/8" and the detached receipt is 2-3/4" x 4-7/8".
