Replacement shield for TORC T1 retro full face helmets.Â Find a clean, flat surface to work on. Use a large coin to remove the aluminum pivot screws on each side. Take care not to drop the screws and washer. Notice how pivot plates fit together to ease replacement. Pivot base plate may or may not release from its mount location, either way, is acceptable. Replace shield onto pivot base plate, then washer and screws. Using fingers then coin, tighten screws using caution not to over-tightened. Test shield function before use.
