NOT COVERED: Any conditions caused by normal wear and tear; Abuse, accidents, misuse and/or alterations to the product; Failure to follow installation instructions and after installation, such as cleaning procedures; Exposure to elements (sun damage, wind, water/moisture, fire) and discoloration over time. RESOLUTION OF WARRANTY ISSUES: TailorView will determine, at our discretion, whether the product will be repaired or replaced. If a product replacement is needed for a discontinued product under waranty, we will provide a substitute product that matches as closely as possible.
