Taytools 6" Hook Rule Hardened Spring Steel Rigid with 4R Graduations in 1/8", 1/16", 1/32" and 1/64" HRSAE
- Self-centering drill bits greatly simplify the task of drilling centered pilot holes when installing hinges and other hardware. Simply place the hinge or hardware exactly where you want it, insert the bit guide barrel in the countersink on the hardware and drill. The beveled end of the guide barrel perfectly centers the drill bit in the center of each hinge hole. The guide barrel is spring loaded and spins freely to reduce friction.
- Bit diameter is 5mm. Drill depth is adjustable via hex set screw (5/64" hex wrench not included).

- Bits come with quick change 1/4" shanks that fit all quick change chucks.
- High speed steel drill bits can be replaced. Maximum drilling is 5/8"
Made from hardened spring steel. Rigid blade is .040" thick and 1" wide. Both sides of the blade are ground parallel and straight. Rule is precision photo etched and black filled for long life and easy readability. Graduated with 1/8" and 1/16" increments on one side and 1/32" and 1/64" on the other side. Hooks can be used on either side of the rule and ensure that the rule is accurately aligned with the edge of your work. Hook can be adjusted to either side of the blade by loosening the set screw.
