Tech Love Neck and shoulder heating pad can reach max. 140⁰ F, considering heat loss by people's cloth, normally users may feel a warm feeling instead of very strong heat. But this heating pad can apply to moist heat for deep tissue treatment. Have a try of moist heat therapy as follows:
1. Dampen one side of the heating pad with water by patting the surface with a wet sponge or cloth, or use a spray bottle to apply a fine mist.
2. Do not spray or dampen the connector.
3. Place the moistened side of the pad on top of the body and use it.
Attention:
Do not thoroughly soak the heating pad.
Do not lay on your back while using this product
