Notice:
This wood burning pen gets hot quickly and it is usually used to draw lines. The ten wire nibs(tips) are threaded and designed to be screwed into the end of the pen. Use the supplied screwdriver to tighten nibs in the Nib Holders - if you try to tighten nibs by hand, there is a chance you do not tighten them well enough and the tool will not work or will be producing a buzzing noise. In such event - re-tighten nibs holder using the scewdriver. Make sure the nibs are tightened deeply into the holder.
Test the machine:
If the pen won't get hot, you can use the pliers to remove the tips first and then use the screwdriver to connect the two wire holders to check if there's spark. The pen can work if you could see the spark. If you have tightened the nibs and still can't see the spark, try to contact us.
