#BI18 is a long range IR illuminator designed to enhance the night vision of any IR sensitive analog / IP camera for clear surveillance images 24/7.
Important Notice:
1. Please make sure that your camera is sensitive to 850nm infrared light.
2. Please make sure that the illumination angle matches your camera's FOV. 90° illuminator normally pairs with camera of 2.8mm, 3.6mm or 4mm lens.
3. Please be aware that the effective distance achieved shall vary because of different cameras and installation environments.
4. 850nm lamp is semi-covert and NOT 100% invisible, it gives red glow which is invisible when more than 5' away from the light.
5. For OUTDOOR applications, please make sure that the PSU is protected by a weatherproof box and the DC connection is firmly sealed with electrical tape.
6. If you need the lamp to work in the daytime, please cover the photocell with black tape.
