The Mannish Boys are being hailed as one of the most exciting new blues projects to come along in years, featuring some of the most dynamic blues talent in the world today, assembled from the absolute cream of the crop of West Coast blues veterans and young bloods. Vocalist Finis Tasby is the band's soulful frontman -- with roots going back to Texas in the '40s, he excels at both down-home material and funkier modern sounds. Joining him are guitarists Kirk Fletcher and Frank "Paris Slim" Goldwasser, pianist Leon Blue, bassist Ronnie James Weber and drummer Jne Core. Features special guests Roy Gaines, Johnny Dyer, Mickey Champion, Randy Chortkoff and Paul Oscher.
