A complete rreport was adopted at this meeting, subject to such changes and additions as might seem advisable before the thirty-eighth annual meeting. Further hearings were held at Atlantic City prior to the Opening Of the annual meeting. The report presented was, after some amendment, adopted by the Association at the thirty-eighth annual meeting at Atlantic City, August 13th, 14th and 15th, 1913.
