The Ginger People Baker's Cut Crystallized Ginger Chips is a sofi silver award winner in 2008 by the national association for the specialty food trade (NASFT) in the outstanding baked good, baking ingredient and cereal category, our baker's cut crystallized ginger chips are made at our Australian factory from the finest baby ginger. Amazingly versatile, sprinkle these delicious chips into everything from a warm bowl of oatmeal to fruit salad to roasted carrots. Use them in place of chocolate chips, nut or dried fruit in nearly all baking recipes. Ginger plays well with apples, pears, carrots and dark chocolate. It is gluten free and all natural product.
