People say William has gone mad, they say he talks to the dead, tormented souls of the graveyard; they say he worships the devil€¦

The Gravedigger is a Gothic tale set in 1892, which tells the story of loner William Rathbone. William works as a grave digger but, in the graveyard where he works, things are not quite what they seem€¦

After a chance encounter with the recently widowed Lady Anne Fenwick, William strikes up an unlikely friendship with her and over time she attempts to open Williams€s eyes to the world, a place that has scared William for so long.

But life isn't always so sweet€¦

There are dark forces circling around William, and to truly win her heart he must find a way out of what is coming, and learn to confront his foes, whether living or not, once and for all.
