THE HEART SUTRA
Literally translates to "Heart of the Perfection of Transcendent Wisdom." The Heart Sutra is often cited as the best known and most popular of all Buddhist scriptures.
Translated by F. Max Muller, a German philologist and Orientalist, one of the founders of the western academic field of Indian studies and the discipline of comparative religion.

THE DIAMOND SUTRA
well-known Mahayana sutra from the Prajnaparamita, or "Perfection of Wisdom" genre, and emphasizes the practice of non-abiding and non-attachment. (Suzuki)
