This book provides methods that educational leaders can use to develop their personal vision of education, as well as methods for use in developing consensus for shared visions of educational excellence. The book also addresses the conditions of instruction, assessment and support in classrooms and schools that are necessary to implement a vision embracing a particular perpective on education.
