The Lordâ€™s Army, the second in a series of five eighteen-page picture books for boys ages four to eight, will help young boys understand their identity in God and their relationship with him. Each book conveys a single biblical principle in a fun way and ends with â€œA Letter from My Kingâ€ (Godâ€™s message to the child) and a â€œTreasure of Truthâ€ (an applicable Bible verse).

In The Lordâ€™s Army, Jake tries to force his dog to be part of his â€œarmy.â€ When Jakeâ€™s dad comes home from his military assignment, he teaches Jake that the best leaders lead like Jesus.
