It includes information on all Hoenn pokemon up to Rayquaza. It does NOT, however, include Jirachi and Deoxys. Why? Those two were not released at the time this handbook was released. Together with the Pokemon Handbook Collector's edition and the Pokemon Handbook #3, this handbook includes all pokemon (excluding Celebi, Jirachi, and Deoxys). NOTE: It does not iclude Lucario, Manene, or Manyula. Those are fourth generation Pokemon."
