The Orchestral Recordings on Deutsche Grammophon [21 CD]

Deutsche Grammophon celebrates the 60th birthday (1st April 2019) of Christian Thielemann with a 21-CD limited edition set bringing together his Complete Orchestral and Choral Recordings on the Yellow Label.  The release is supported by Thielemann's packed 2019 live schedule, which launches in Vienna on 1st January 2019 when Thielemann conducts the most-internationally televised classical concert of the year, the 2019 New Year's Day Concert; as well as by a new book to be published next year featuring hundreds of new photographs of Thielemann in rehearsal. Editorial includes a personal foreword by Thielemann himself and an interview between the conductor and DG President Clemens Trautmann.
