The Swing Album

The World got it's first taste of Jools Holland's musical abilities when, at age 15, he co-founded Squeeze with Chris Difford and Glenn Tilbrook. Then he helped create the modern swing craze when Jools Holland and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra released The Full Compliment album in 1991. Valley Entertainment is proud to present a compilation of his UK swing albums simply titled The Swing Album. The songs on this CD come from the U.K. releases: The Full Compliment, Live Performance, Sex & Jazz & Rock & Roll, and Lift The Lid.

When the 18-piece band is not touring, they can be found backing Holland and his guests on the Later... with Jools Holland TV show on BBC America. Jools was also seen in the U.S. in the early '90's as the co-host of NBC's Night Music program along with David Sanborn.
